1. Pumpkin
You’re probably eating or drinking everything pumpkin-flavored you can get your hands on this time of year, but ever consider putting it on your face? You can make a DIY face mask with pumpkin puree to reap the benefits or invest in some masks, serums or lotions. Not only is pumpkin packed with vitamins and minerals (especially A and C), but it contains a lot of alpha hydroxy acids that work on cell turnover, which brightens the skin. That, and there’s plenty of zinc in there, too, which can help with preventing acne and healing any skin damage.
