Let’s face it, marking the hours along the side of a water bottle doesn’t work (and if it does, tell me your motivation secrets). You’re not going to carry around a milk jug of water between home, the office and the gym, and you’re not going to choose water instead of your usual lemonade when you’re out to dinner.
But the fact is if you’re not drinking enough water, you’re not doing your body any favors. It’s no longer cute to only drink soda and beer, and you people that insist you “don’t like the taste of water”...I don’t get you.
Between the benefits for your skin and energy levels and the fact that the summer is literally sucking you dry of any and all hydration (even in the AC), just drink more water, K?
