Power Up With The New Super Mario-Themed Menu At Universal Studios Hollywood

This lovely layer cake has chocolate, vanilla and strawberry stripes topped with a matcha mousse. There are two pieces of cake so Mario can hop up.      

You’ll want to jump right into this box of tiramisu, made with coffee-soaked lady fingers and white chocolate “power-up” mousse, dusted with cocoa powder, all inside a sugar cookie square. A white chocolate Toad coin sits on top, with a pool of raspberry sauce around the Mystery Block.

Are you feeling saucy about this spaghetti and meatball plate? Mushroom marinara surrounds the pasta, with a Fire Flower parmesan crisp on top and curls of fresh parmesan, too.      

Chow down on these mushroom-shaped (but not flavored) bread knots, smothered in garlic butter, parmesan cheese and parsley with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Other starters include tomato and mushroom soup and a creamy mushroom soup, served in an adorable Toad-shaped soup bowl.

Mario has left his mark on this burger, as you can spot a little mustache print on the top brioche bun. Inside is a beef burger, bacon, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and American cheese. Truffled French fries are served on the side. You can also get the Luigi version, which is grilled chicken, basil pesto, Swiss cheese, green pepper and spinach.      

This pretty little cupcake is a raspberry-filled funfetti pastry with a swirl of buttercream frosting on top. A Princess Peach chocolate crown sits regally at the frosting’s peak.      

Time for something to quench all that thirst you’ve had collecting coins. This drink is a super sweet honey lemon soda with mango stars and juicy tropical boba.      

There’s more than just burgers and dessert in Mario Land. This fruity salad is mixed greens, strawberries, star fruit, blueberries and pineapple, topped with Yoshi egg croutons and dressed with a raspberry vinaigrette.      

We’ve got a case of the munchies looking at this Caprese salad, complete with a tomato and asparagus Piranha Plant. Tomato and fresh mozzarella are dotted with basil pesto and served alongside a mixed green salad with apple vinaigrette.      

Are you up to the challenge of Bowser’s one-pound spicy meatball, smothered in even spicier mushroom marinara and mozzarella cheese? A Bowser-shaped puff pastry leans to the side, with a bowl of even more hot sauce.

Here, grilled chicken nests in a romaine and cabbage mix with grape tomatoes and mushrooms. A mushroom truffle dressing coats the veggies, which also have a parmesan Super Star and star croutons at the summit.      

Kids will love this mini meal with a cheeseburger, truffle French fries, corn on cob, broccoli and a coin cookie in a Mystery Box. There’s also a kid-sized Power-Up Spaghetti Marinara.
